Hi!

I have not tried the XR but I have not had a problem with the regular pills coming out and I have not heard of this problem with the regular pills from others. What Sally said in a post today is true. The GI side effects are supposed to go away with time. You may want to take it with food if you aren't already doing so. I have read some ladies say that high carbs make their nausea and loose stools worse. So maybe you could cut back on carbs to see if it helps. God bless! Tera
