Lynsey, I think your experience was pretty interesting. :) I don't think that people should so easily dismiss the (I can't think of the right word for it) talents of psychics or healers. I don't necessarily believe that healers can heal and psychics can read your mind, but I do feel that many who go to these people walk away with a sense of clarity and can take a few suggestions (as long as they're not too "out-there") and direct them in a positive way. I in no way support totally ignoring your doctor and/or physician to listen to those who are not medically trained, but if going to a psychic or crystal healer makes you feel better, emotionally or otherwise, then I don't see the harm in it. Just be sure to go to your doctor regularly as well. :) I've had alot of weird experiences in my life where I knew things/events that were about to happen before they happened (even as a child barely able to talk) and I'm open to a realm of possibilities. I do think that certain things are unexplainable and we should research and learn as much as we can about ourselves, before we make hasty and irrational decisions. Sometimes, taking medications that are not right for you or your body can be irrational, but because a Medical Doctor prescribed them, we feel that his or her choice to put us on that particular med was rational. I guess to sum it up, I think that you should continue to go to your doctor, or find another one to go to that can better help you and if on the side you feel that going to a crystal healer/natural healer and/or psychic can make you feel better about yourself and maybe even lessen the pains you feel, then go for it. Just take the time to research the methods and ways they "heal" you so you can judge for yourself whether they are right for you.

:) Good luck! Kenna (AKA Tangy)
