One easy solution that I use is to make a sort of headband either out of a scarf or the top of panty hose or a piece of fabric and I put the wide part on top, and tie it onderneath, at the base of my neck. Kind of like a 60s chic look (or maybe that was late 50s). That way you hide a bunch of bald spots at one go! Also, curly hair helps. BRaiding your hair when it's wet and taking it out creates more volume, as do styling products like mousse.
