Does anyone else have type 1 diabetes? Several years later, I was diagnosed with PCOS. Almost everything I read talks about PCOS and either type 2 diabetes or gestational diabetes. I have noticed that I have been able to cut back on my insulin requirements since being on Glucophage XR, so that leads me to believe that I must have had some insulin resistance. I am also not overweight--5'10" and I now weigh 145 lbs. I just am curious to know if there are other type 1's with PCOS and what their experiences have been.
