I understand that spironolactone also treats hypertension. I realize that this is probably not much of a selling point to people with normal blood pressure, but my partner suffers from PCOS and high blood pressure. Do any of these other three drugs combine the anti-androgen and blood pressure effects of spironolactone? Thanks.
