Hi Tera,
Hair loss is a tricky thing. It takes for any medication 6 mo until it starts to act. This is b/c of the long growth cycle of the hair follicles. Thus, first of all, be patient.
Second: spironolactone is one of the weakest antiandrogens, in fact it is a diuretic with a-a side effects. If you live in a country where Diane or Androcur are available or Finasteride, they are much stonger a-as.
