Rebekah,

I don't know about medication that helps because i was only diagnosed a month ago, but i have an eating disorder (anorexia) and started treatment for it 5 yrs ago. I found that my symptoms got much better when i got that sorted out (i know it was the symptoms now because i have looked back through diaries at the time). Get some help for the eating disorder as well as for PCOS.
