Hi Lori: I have had PCOS since puberty, but only two years ago I found a great reproductive endocronoligist, and he put me on glucophage for 8 months, and then finally I got pregnant, now I´m had 28 weeks of pregnancy, and never take glucophage during pregnancy. I´m very happy, becausse I´m 34 years old , taken clomid and provera to induce a period and other drugs and did not ovulate, but glucophage was for me the trick! I hope that this info will help. Don't give up. VIVIAN (Colombia)
