Hi William,

Blodd work HAS to be done on specific days. Basal hormone values are taken on day 2-3. For progesterone you should test 7 d post ovulation. Anyhow it is desirable to induce her a cycle if she is not regular, b/c she may experience irregular and prolonged bleeding if left alone. Vaginal ultrasound is necessary (if possible...)
