Hi. I certainly can understand a constant headache. So I'll share with
you my experience. Ten years ago I had constant 24 hour excruciating
headaches for several years. Specialists of all kinds and even an MRI
showed nothing. Until one day I was advised to see a dentist who
specialized in TMJ (jaw joint pain causing headaches).I was so miserable
I went to see him. He changed my life. He found that my teeth were
somewhat misaligned, causing my jaw muscles to spasm. These spasms can
cause constant head pain. With some dental work to improve my bite,
including just a few crowns and a bridge, my jaw relaxed and my
headaches have been gone for a decade. Sometimes all you need is a
dental guard to wear at night when you sleep. It was certainly worth
the initial trip to that dentist's office. I also have PCOS which is
now successfully under control with metformin. Personally, I have found
no link between my headaches and PCOS. See a dentist who specializes in
TMJ, there are many.
