First of all, your wife should NOT be taking the spiro if you're trying to get pregnant!! Period! closed case.

Secondly, if your wife had already adjusted to the glucophage, it should not be doing this unless you increased the dose (few people have a return of symptoms later on unless they increase the dose). So, drop the spiro!
