The only suggestion I can give you is to do what you think is best. I have only anecdotes from family members and friends about prozac... generally I don't personally believe it will help much with mood swings caused by hormone fluctuations... my sister who has pcos and a thryoid disorder went on procaz for a short time and said she felt like killing herself while on it, that the world was dead to her. I had a friend who was great on it though, but then she didn't have PCOS.
