Glucophage makes me sick

Hello,

I've been taking Glucophage since July, and I am still not used to it. I get sick to my stomach and feel slow all day. My dr recently doubled the amount because he said my insulin had not decreased at all. Is there a way to take this to feel less sick? Also, is it possible to control an insulin problem with diet alone? My insulin is 17, which doesn't sound as high as many I have seen on this board.

On a happier note, since beginning Mircette, my testosterone has dropped from 77 to 17.
