HI Julie,Congratulations! as long as your progesterone level is being montored and it has been fine...then you should be ok!!Glucophage has been shown to cause birth defects (nueral tube) so in your case since the risk of taking it does not outweigh the benifit I wouldnt take it eigther. If you had said your hormone levels were low...then I would definately take it during pregnancy...but seems there is no need to! Congrats again!Dona
