Hi Lori!

What dosage were you on for the Glucophage XR? It could be possible you didn't have enough uterine lining built up to shed with the Provera. It's possible you need higher doses of Glucophage XR. I know my periods are really messed up....lasting one to two days, very scant, and occurring anywhere from every two to three and a half weeks....in fact, I'm not sure they really qualify for periods.

Keep in mind there are still some things to try, including fertility drugs. I can understand, however, being scared. *HUG*

Let us know how you're doing and what your doctor has to say.

Hugs,

Shelley

Hi all. I have PCOS and have been diagnosed for about 1 year. I am going to an Endocronologist and she put me on Gluophage XR to induce my period. Needless to say 6 months later and nothing. Also she gave me a perscription for Provera to jump start my body and again nothing. At this time I am waiting for her to call me back but I am scared. I would like to be pregnant by the end of the year. I want to have children and everytime I turn I hit a wall. Has anyone else had this problem??? please help

Lori
