Hi, wonder if anyone can help me i've been prescribed metformin for some time now and gradually increased to 850mg twice a day as no weight loss happened after still no joy i was prescribed xenical also. since christmas i have been sticking to a diet(slimming world)but on randome testing of my blood sugar i have noticed that they can be very low on occassions. has any one else had this problem with either medication. I don't really want to go to my G.P as i know he'll discontinue them and i'll be back at the start again it took me 2 years to convince them i needed an endocrinologist!(i don't get to see him for another 6 months)any information would be gratefully recieved. thanks
