Hi Tanya-

Yes, it is possible to have PCOS and have a period every month. My older sister also has PCOS and unlike me has a normal unregulated period every month. Although we are full sisters and share this disorder, we both have different symptoms.

I have the typical problem of no periods without some kind of regulation. However, my sister had a baby after a year of trying. This was with no fertility treatments.
