PCO and PCOS are two different things - having ovarian cysts (PCO) is fairly common and is also one of the symptoms of having PCOS.

that PCOS is pretty likely in your case! It is definitely possible to have it and still have a period every month. The numbers you're looking for in the LH/FSH is the ratio, not the numbers themselves. Healthy women have a ratio of about 1:1. Women with PCOS have ratios closer to 1:3. So, at 2:7, your numbers do indcate a problem. Facial hair is a big indicator as well, and you don't have to have the extreme weight gain to have PCOS.
