I am not a dr. But I just found out I was pregnant, and I too do not get my periods and had just taken provera to get a cycle going, but hte cycle never came. My dr. said that there is no affect from the provera. This was a total shock to me, since I have a 7 mth old that took me 6 years to get pregnant with. I was on Glucophage with my son, we had to do injections and inseminations to get pregnant with my son. After my son was born on went back on the Glucophage, and I was planning on going throught the same process when Brendon turned a year to try to have another one. Well some where in there I became pregnant without the infertility treatments. I got off the Glucophage as soon as I found out just like I did with Brendon.

This is hope for people with PCOS.
