I bought some today and want to start taking them instead of taking spironolactone but due to the conflicting reports need some more information. Someone please help. I am going to ask my endo have an appointment with him tommorow but I don't know if he is knowledgable in herbal remedies as I have asked him before if there were any herbal medicines I could take instead of the spiro and he had no clue.
