Dear Tera, I feel your pain with the hairloss, that is also one of my biggest issues with pcos. I have used the rx Nizoral however not long enough to tell you if it was any good. My best results of stopping the loss and regrowth has been 1500mg of met a day and I feel what has really helped it has been the 200mg a day of spironolactone (sp?) I hope this helps.
