Aimee you DEFINITELY want to be charting your cycles. They can show if you're ovulating, when you're ovulating, and if you ar epregnant even very early on. There's some great software available right on your computer at TCOYF.com. I would also highly recommend the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Ummm oh crud can't remember her name. Weschler? Someone else will know!

You don't need Provera every single month. Try switching to every 3 months if you still need it, although if you're treating your IF really aggressively you might want more cycles per year.

Often within a few months the Met will restore menstrual cycles even if you never got them before. Give it a go.
