Weight training is always better - it really helps boost the weight loss process because the increased muscle mass increases the calories burned (increased metabolic rates). I read yesterday that a 3 month regime of proper weight training - depending on your weight can increase calorie burn rates by about 100 cals per day.

I have been doing the carb addicts and weight training and am doing quite well with it so far.
