Hi Dona!

Your question was "what can I do?" It sounds like you're doing a lot! Good diet (I wish I could say the same), Metformin and Clomid. I did Clomid for a LONG time and it did not work for me. Clomid does not work for everyone with PCOS but it has shown to work for many women especially with the Met which you are doing! I'd say try, try again. I too had to go to injectables. I took Fertinex shots for the single round of artificial insem that we did. They had to up my dose half way through. The ultrasounds showed that not only did my eggs mature but they were ready to release and for the first time EVER I saw a "positive" on my ovulation kit! I did not get pregnant but it was really cool to see that my eggs could mature - they just needed some help. Make sure that if you start injectables that you are carefully monitored! Ultrasounds a few times per week to make sure you do not get hyperstimulated. I'm so glad the Met is helping you. I get horribly sick on 1700 per day. I'm going to try, try again, though! I hope you get the desire of your heart - a child! God bless! Tera
