I am on an extremely low carb diet, and take met. If I have even 5-10 grams of carbs in a meal it kills me. I eat as few as possible. I don't count, but it's extremely low.

One problem might be with the 1350 calories. Your body may think that there's a shortage of food, and go into famine/starvation mode, where the metabolic rate slows, and the need for energy slows, and more calories are stored. Obviously, this is counterproductive to weight loss. You may want to increase your calorie intake (though it sounds counterintuitive) and keep up the exercise and reduced carbs. You may have to reduce your carbs a little more to properly control your IR.
