Hi Dona-
My doctor just went to a conference on this subject a few months ago and
learned that the optimum dosage for most patients is 150mg. So he started
me on this dosage and I was pregnant in cycle one.
You might want to consider jumping to 150 right away. The only side affects
I had were some hot flashes.
