Why don't you both look through the PCOSA? They have several resources available.

First you can check the list of professional members who have shown a committment to the PCOSA at http://www.pcosupport.org/membership/professionals.php That might give you some good ideas.

Also contact your local PCOSA chapter. The list of chapters in Texas is at http://www.pcosupport.org/chapters/texas.php Chapters often keep a list of physicians that their local memebrs have liked.
