Dusty, has your doctor mentioned the possibility of treating you with insulin sensitizing meds even if your blood sugar is "normal"? A lot of women with PCOS, both with and without insulin resistance, have found that metformin or another similar medication has helped them to lose weight. The idea is that it's now how much or what you're eating so much as how your body metabolizes it (or not).

Have you tried a low carb diet?
