Naz,

Write to Dr. Glueck, he specalizes int his. it's GLUECKCH@Healthall.com> and he will answer those questions, but you need to take at least what he told me is take besides prenatals take a prescription of Folic Acid in 1mg in addition to the vitamins. This should stop this and he knows alot a bout staying on the meds and has done lots of studies on this.
