Please let me know Lori, I have the same problem. Currently, I am on Glucophage 2000 mg per day and still have no period without the help of Provera. I was told to be patient. I first started Glucophage XR 1000 mg in March, without results. Since July, I switched to regular Glucophage 2000 mg (1000 mg in am and 1000 mg in pm), still waiting.
