I am on 1500 now, I went from 500 to 1000 now to 1500. The GYN gradualy increased it. I don't have a tyroid problem but I am overweight. I have a follow-up on December 12 to see what is going on. I just wish I had it (believe it or not) I was so happy she gave it me and I figure I would get my period and she told me it could take months but I was hoping for sooner.....
