Amina,
for arm bumps (tops, fleshy area), i use topical erithromycin in the
morning and differin cream at night. on my legs (i get small blemishes
near my thighs) i use a wee bit of the differin.
also, i think Proactive makes a special oil-free aftershave /mointurizer
for face and other body parts. if you don't want to deal with
perscriptions, your derm. should also have lots of suggestions for good
creams to use.
also, since taking Spiro, this problem has all but diminished.
