-- I too have the follicul problem and went to the dermatologist. The bumps were on my thighs. They looked like ingrown hairs and when I would pop the little head it would get red and spread out to the size of a quarter and hurt. The doc gave me antibiotics and cleocin t to put on them and they went away. He said it was folliculitis and I was glad I went to have it cleared up.
