Hi! I just wanted to let you know of a great diet! It's called the RAW VEGAN DIET. I now ovulate regularly and have regular periods. It took me a couple of years to go 100% raw vegan (no cooked food, no animal products). I also lose weight very easily now. I don't have to try anymore. I used to weigh 270 and now weigh about 170. When 100% raw I loose 10-15 pounds per month but everyone is different I imagine. I tried the Atkins diet and I went down to 10g of carbs. per day, the fat fast, and exercied and I didn't even lose one pound. With this raw diet I have sooooooo much energy. I now only have to sleep 4-6 hours per night and I don't have to wake up to an alarm clock. There is a website with books on the RAWFOOD DIET called http://www. rawfood.com and there is another site with a discussion board called http://www. rawfoods.com. Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know about this.
