Hi Jeanne,

Some 15% of all percieved pregnancies is miscarrfied (the rate is even higher if consieder all those with a positive HCG aroung the time of expected menses). However PCOSers tend to m/c at a 3x higher rate than the average due to high LH levels and glucose imbalance. Now my question is: have you stayed on glucophage after conception or not? If not you should try again and stay on with an extra dose of folic acid to counter the increased risk of neural tube defect due to glucophage. Theoretically both Actos and Avandia should help conceive, but I do not know of any comparative studies as yet. But neither has a proven safety record during pgy. For yuor info
