I just have to say that it's too bad you have this attitude. You sound like the multitude of doctors I have seen over the years who simply didn't believe me when I told them I was gaining weight despite aggresive diet and exercise. The only way I could convince them was to flex my giant muscles, which could only be created with exercise.

I didn't have the weight gain associated with PCOS until I turned 25. I hope you don't find yourself in the same situation as your body ages a bit and the syndrome worsens. It's really a cruel syndrome, to lose complete control over your size.
