I've been on for a month with no results. I actually broke out extremely bad on my neck and chest a week ago.< I had great success on eurythramiacin gel and an antibiotic for acne--the gel soothed my skin literally overnight, although if it's not mixed appropriately at the pharmacy (right amount of alcohol to the dry ingredients), it can irritate your skin. Also, the gel expires after 3 mos., so if you're still using the same gel, get a refill. Differin, I thought, was used mostly for rosacea (what WC Fields had that made his nose red and bulbous). Ask your dermatologist about an antibiotic and see if that doesn't help. Since d/c'ing the treatment, I've had very little recurrance and have been very pleased with the results. Good luck!
