SOMEONE GETS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY & KNOW I AM TRYING TO HELP!...MY PROBLEM IS SOLVED NOW - I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE HAIR LOSS!! (SMILES). AT LEAST YOUR DOC SAID ITS A SIDE EFFECT, ASK YOUR DOC WHERE I CAN GET INFO THAT IT IS A SIDE EFFECT SO I CAN SHOW MY DOC!! IS IT A COINCEIDENCE THAT I STOPPED THE MEDS AND THE LOSS STOPPED - I THINK NOT. I ACTUALLY MAY GO BACK ON GLUCO, BUT ONLY 500, WHEREAS RIGHT NOW MY INSULIN IS BELOW NORMAL (THE WEIGHT IS FOLLOWING OFF), BUT TRUST ME, I HAVE STRUGGLED FOR YEARS, SO THIS IS A NICE OPPOSITE!! I STILL MAY TRY ACTOS OR AVANDIA, I'M NOT SURE YET, I'M ALSO LOOKING INTO ALTERNATIVE WHEREAS MY INSULIN IS AT A GOOD POINT, IT MAY WORK?? LET ME ASK YOU SOMETHING, HAVE YOU LOST WEIGHT, BECAUSE MY RESEARCH ON THIS HAIR THING ON DIFFER' WEB SITES HAS INDICATED TO ME THE HAIR LOSS HAPPENS AFTER THE WEIGHT IS LOST, I THINK THE DOSAGE NEEDS TO BE LOWERED FOR PEOPLE WHO LOSE THE WEIGHT - THINK WHAT HAPPENS IS THE INSULIN BECOMES 2 SENSITIVE AND DISRUPTS OTHER THINGS IN THE BODY. I AM REALLY CURIUOS TO KNOW IF YOU LOST WEIGHT THEN THE HAIR LOSS CAME? PLEASE WRITE & LET ME KNOW! IF U DIDN'T LOSE WEIGHT, I MAY NOT GO ON THE 500 AND TRY SOMETHING ELSE?? I AM PRAYING THAT AS MY INSULIN CREEPS UP TO A NORMAL LEVEL (& WE KNOW HAVING PCO THAT IT WILL PROBABLY CREEP) THAT I CAN MAINTAIN IT W/EXERCISE, DIET AND MAYBE ALTERNATIVE? I HATE TAKING ANY DRUGS BUT IF I HAVE TO? GRANTED, I AM LUCKY AS FAR AS I'VE HAD THIS 15 YRS AND MANAGED TO KEEP THIS AT BAY. THE ONLY BAD THING I DEAL W/RIGHT NOW IS THE WEIGHT HARD TO LOSE/EASY GAIN, BUT I STICK TO IT AND HAVE LOST 25 LBS/YR AND KEPT IT OFF - I'VE CHANGED MY LIFE COMPLETELY - HOW I EAT ESPECIALLY AND STILL CHANGING I USED TO DRINK 5 CUPS COFFEE A DAY, NOT ANY MORE, NOW ITS DECAF TEAS! REMEMBER - WHAT WE HAVE IS REVERSIBLE! BUT IT TAKES A LOT OF HARD WORK & DISCIPLINE. LET ME ASK U SOMETHING ELSE, DID YOU EVER USE ASPARTAME/EQUAL VS SUGAR? I STILL TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I DID TO NOT HELP THE PCO - I USE TO CONSUME A LOT OF ASPARTAME - I CUT IT OUT OF MY LIFE IN APRIL. U WILL GET PREGNANT! IT MAY NOT BE WHEN U EXPECT BUT IT WILL HAPPEN! ASIDE FROM THE GLUCO, TRY TO PUT ONLY NATURAL THINGS IN YOUR MOUTH (GRADUALLY) YOU CAN'T CHANGE EVERYTHING AT ONCE - ITS 2 DEPRESSING. I THINK IT WILL ONLY HELP NOT HURT! LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER ?'S I ASKED! KEEP POSTIVE THOUGHTS & SMILE!! AND KNOW U CAN BEAT THIS!!!
