In reply to: Jackie: "ACNE" Next in thread: Sue: "Re: ACNE" Jackie, i use Differin in conjunction with Spiro & Practive. i've had acne problems since i was a teenager--and it actually intensified in my early twenties. i took antibiotics and even tried Acutane--but nothing really worked. i've been doing this combination for about 5 months and my face looks a million times better. i still break out around my period, but it's MUCH better than it ever was before. also, when i switched from bc pills to MET my breakouts occured less frequently as well. hope that helps!
