my original ins level was 11 then it went down to 7 and now it was 3 (after 1 1/2 years of being on the drug) - yes 3 is good but its below normal (u don't want that either) something in my body is out of balance due to that & that is why the hair thing probably happened - i told u - now that i'm not on met for less than a wk, the hair thing improved dramatically. i don't have cushings (thank god). i've been on top of this pcos thing like white on rice. if i wasn't on top of it my insulin could be a lot worse. hopefully, it will never get to that point. i don't think met per se caused my problem, but i do think it re-adjusted things in my body and caused an imbalance. now, if i can maintain my insulin (if we call could) at 5 that would be ideal and i would lose weight on my own (we all would)exercise is definitely medicine for people like us but we do need some western meds in conjuction. now, i have a ?
