Hi Amina,

It is correct to say BCPs and spironolactone keep PCOS at bay, but they don't cure it, and if you stop them the symptoms tend to return in force. There is metformin slow release which is better tolerated or the other insuilin sensitizers Avandia and Actos. You should try some of them For your info
