Sarah, Thank you for your response. I know it isn't ingrown hairs. I do get those sometimes and when you pop the bump there is a hair inside. These bumps aren't like that. They are smaller, are in places where I have few and lighter hair, and don't usually even have a hair in them. Your idea might still work though. -Ann
