how would met cause your hair to fall out? Isnt hair loss do to excess testosterone? did they check your DHEA and free testosterone?How are your insulin levels? have they come down or are they still high.?If they are still high then your testoserone is probably high as well.Also remember that a poor diet can cause hair to fall out and skin to become very dry.I have a sister in law who is anorexic and she has very little hair on her head how because of it and she is not PCOS.wihtout cmplex carbs is very bad for ANYONE and might be a big part of the problem.I am on Met and I eat Normally and still have lost a little weight,but I would never subject my body to an all protein diet...thats just not good!Complex carbs in moderation and a healthy diet will probably help with your hair problem.As far as breathing problems have you ever been checked for allergies? you could be allergic to the met or something in your inviroment.
