I would take a home preg. test. There are some great ones called Aim DipSticks that can be ordered off of http://www.am-i-pregnant.com . They are only about 2-3 dollars a piece (much cheaper than in the stores) and they are more sensitive - they test at 20hcg where as the store ones are usually 40hcg or higher. They usually ship the same day you order if you order before late afternoon.

When I get pregnant the only things I notice is frequent need to urinate and sore breasts - but that was usually a few weeks after I tested positive on an HPT. Also, everyone is different - some women start getting sick right away - others, like my mom and sister - never fealt pregnant until the baby started to flutter!
