Re: Spiro and side effects?

i've been on Spiro for 5 months now. it's helped clear up my skin significantly, and my hair growth is under control as well.

Spiro is a diuretic, which means it flushes out excess water/fluids in your system. this is why it is primarily used in people w/heart problems and high blood pressure. when i first started taking spiro, i had to go to the bathroom all the time and i lost a lot of "water weight". this has more or less normalized since then, but i still don't have the water weight. perhaps this accounts for your decrease?

other than that, i haven't had any adverse side effects from the spiro (including mood swings).
