Previous message: anonymous@obgyn.net: "removal from email list" I am wondering about PCOS, four years ago my doctor prescribed Ortho novum 777 to me for me to take because i am irregular. I had my regular period after that. But after two years My doctor found out that I have an elevated liver enzyme. So my DR. stop the drug. He found out also that I have hypothyroidism. I took Synthroid for year, and within that year I havent had any period until now. I gained so much weight. I am not taking any medication. I had liver biopsy which they found an excessive fat in the liver. I had Pelvic ultrasound which they found multiple cyst up to 5mm size, compatible with follicular cyst. I am negative hepatitis ABC. My triglyceride is 131 (reference range 36-175), HDL 40 (35-75),LDL 153 (62-160). My BP runs in 90/60 to 110/60 until now. I was also tested for my testosterone which is 64 (reference range 15-70). I am 5'4" , I used to be 115-120lbs now I am 148 and still gaining. I do my exercise and diet. But it seems thAT it is not really working. Please HELP me.....
