Hi. My 2 cents....I'd hesitate to count weight loss in weeks or even in days. Don't be discouraged. In the past when i've lost weight it happened in it's own good time. When I was working out regularly I gained weight initially and then one day started dropping for "no reason" - my body decided to let go? Other times when i've been eating right, I noticed very little from day-to-day or week-to-week, but over the long term I felt better all around.
