Did the anxiety go away, ever? How about the shortness of breath? Lauren - did you stick with the Met and if so, how is it going? I have not gone back, but am really struggling with weight loss despite low carb and treadmill (no weight loss in the last 3 weeks), so I am looking for an alternative, or even breaking the pill into tiny pieces and trying, if the symptoms do go away.

Does anyone know if Chromium will do it? Also, there's the D-isonitol (?) trial in my area, and I'm thinking of calling for that.

Also, Dr. Sam - my doctor wondered where the information is about BC Pills making insulin resistance more stubborn. Is there something I can print out an show her? I was also thinking that perhaps the BC pills, and their estrogen, even out my moods.

Any help very welcome - and congrats to the PCOS ladies in Newsweek!
