I did eat chocolate tonight (one of my biggest temptations) so I'm wondering if that triggered the headache or if it's just my sinuses. It doesn't feel like a sinus headache though. What do you think? I tried taking the Met in the middle of my meals but about 10 minutes after seems to work better. I also get the bloating/belching pretty bad at times but can't figgure out what causes it. I never knew there was so much to taking this med but I'll keep going with it. I'm not looking forward to the next few months though. I wish there was more info on the side effects and preventing them. I think dairy products actually help me. Thanks for all the info and I'm glad you're finally through the rough parts. I'll keep reading, and experimenting with my diet but if you learn anything new please let me know.
