Yes. I have been taking XR at 2000 mg. a day for over 6 months (after taking regular metformin). Less side effects (less stomach bloating and pain) and same good results with getting period and helping keep my weight down (with lo-carb diet), etc. I definately feel 1000X better on Met than without taking anything.
